We are at the foot of the Presena Glacier, surrounded by some of the highest peaks in Trentino. Capanna Presena, at the intermediate station of the homonymous cable car, is a practical starting point for experiencing the high mountains at close range and for discovering a territory that bears witness to the winter battles called the White War of WWI. We wanted to make this unique setting liveable, with hospitality dedicated to quality and sustainability.

WHAT A MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE!!!
This is THE PLACE to stay in if you are in the area, winter or summer! Capanna Presena is a refined, elegant yet simple, mountain cottage with the best spa in the Alps, with the most amazing mountain-top views from each room, sauna, hot-bath and dining-table. Stayed here 5 days and would have stayed longer. The cuisine is excellent and you never get sick of it - the chef and waiters are so nice and polite! The breakfast too offers fresh hot dishes, cereal, croissants, fresh juice - very good!
The owner Federico is the sweetest and most patient man in the valley, always there for his guests. An experience to stay here, especially when the cable car closes and you are the only ones left on the glacier.

If you come around this area, this is a perfect place to stay.
I came here to ski and I booked a room for a weekend in this amazing place in the middle of the mountain-top views.
After all day on the snow, during the afternoon, when the cable car stop, you can enjoy the spa area, sauna, hot bath and two outside jacuzzis. I would have stayed longer also for the excellent cuisine and the polite staff. The room was amazing!
I strongly recommend this place!

Faboulous view, great ambience, perfect holiday

We (two families with older children 15,15,20,24,24) spent the most amazing and relaxing week on the mountain in Capanna Presena. First out on the freshly prepared slopes every morning after a great coffee and breakfast served by the friendly staff. Really wonderful...
