The philosophy of our high-altitude restaurant

All the good things about our beloved land

Aware of working in an environment as unique as it is fragile, we want to manage our high-altitude restaurant by respecting the wise laws of nature. That's when we kicked off and joined the "Sustainable Huts" campaign, in collaboration with the APT Val di Sole and the Ponte di Legno-Tonale Consortium, whose mission, among others, is to enhance local food and wine products.

We are proud to be among the first mountain lodges in the world to have obtained ISO 17033 certification, a certification synonymous with transparency and credibility which certifies the sustainability of the refuge. From the point of view of the culinary offering, there are always at least five seasonal specialties of the area, as well as a minimum of 50% of products with DOP, IGP organic and Slow Food designations.
